PRICES
Prices include:
Electricity, gas (for hot water and cooking), water, use of the swimming pool (without towels), bath-kitchen-table-bed linen (weekly change) and final cleaning
Tourist tax: 1,00 Euro per person per night
During the months of November, December, January and February the amount is 0,50 Euro.
The tax is due for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights and it is not applicable to children up to 16 years of age.
Additional services
Heating (45,00 € daily for Colonica, according to consumption for Fienile 1, Fienile 2, Fienile 3 and Badroom).
Given the situation regarding energy supply and the laws currently in Italy, the use of heating (when it can be switched on and off, temperature, etc.) is controlled by regulations. As an indication, heating appliances may be switched on between Novembers until April.
Firewod (5,00 euro/box)
Shared wash machine (soap and perfume included) 5,00 Euro
Extra cleaning (12,00 Euro/hour)
Cot (until 2 aged): 5,00 Euro/day - 15,00 Euro/week (linen included)
Linen for use of chairs-sofa bed: 5,00 Euro/day/per person - 15,00 Euro/week/per person (linen included)
The use of the chairs and sofa beds are reserved for children under 12 years of age
GENERAL CONDITION OF LETTINGS
At the booking time, confirmation the reservation 30% of the total of the reservation.
At check-in, final payment.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or by credit card (credit cards accepted Visa/MasterCard)
Tourist tax at check-out (cash)
Cancellation policy
Nothing if another one substitutes the booking
30% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made 20 days or more before the start of the rental period
70% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made between 19 and 7 days before the start of the rental period
100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made on the arrival day or in case of no show.
